Should recruitment pick up after WoD Launch?

Recently I came back for the patch and have been trying to recruit for two weeks now. Me and my guild figured there should be a lot of people on now who want to join a guild and be ready come WoD. We have gotten more dps, but tanks and healers seem increasingly rare now. Its a bit sad really. What, with all the threads saying there would be some needing guilds in spades with the change. Are others having the same issues? Also, do you think recruitment will pick up a bit after WoD hits?

There are a lot of people who are just completely not touching the game until the expansion comes out. I'm sure there will be a big wave of people when the expansion actually hits.
