I have been trying to put together a list of BiS and am going for full haste mastery as stats.

Anyone find any lists yet? Or know affirmatively what stats we will be going for?

Let's face it; Dungeon gear is going to be the most reliable way of gearing. As long as your farming your Apex thingies and leveling up that garrison then I'd say your going to be fine to raid with.
