Is there a Resto guide for WoD? Especially at lvl 100?

Still pretty much the same as 5.4

Int>Spirit> Haste=Mastery>MM>Crit>versatility

For talent spec

most people will play ToL/Germination for early in the game. When mana regen become higher SoTF/RG spec will become a thing (odd playstyle cause of DoC Warth spam) The other one is really bad imo. 5 sec free Regrowth = not that ideal.

More or less this. Although I'm valuing mastery > haste at level 100 because of how bad mana regen is right now. And as said, the main talent build you want right now is Incarnation and Germination. Once we can sustain Soul of the Forest/Rampant Growth, it will be a huge throughput increase.
