Followers with profession trait...does level and quality matter?

Basically the question is. If I put a follower into a building. Does his level and quality affect the outcome?

If I have a follower with mining of green (common) quality and that follower is level 92.

If I put that follower into a mine. Would the outcome be the same as if the follower was 100 and epic?

Yes it does matter. The higher the level the greater the chance of getting bonus items from work orders.
