Missing the root on the doomguard?

Is anyone else missing their terrorguard root? We got into Auch and i went to make sure i was all set up for the fixtate add and i can't freaking find it in his spellbook and it's off his pet bar. Anyone else or is this just me?

Doomguard has a slow and Terrorguard has the root.

maybe try a macro /cast Debilitate.
