Lost all access to Blizzard sites...

Only other sites I can't load is SOE. Every other website and game on the internet is perfect. Every blizzard site is gone.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Your ISP may be blocking it, potentially?

You could try Ctrl + F5 while on the page that it's not accessing? If that doesn't work I'd recommend you save time and just call your ISP. Could be an issue on their end.

Please can you run a tracert (traceroute) from powershell or command prompt (or terminal if you have that) and give us the results?

That will tell you and us, where the block is (packets being dropped)

Also, is this only websites? or is it all blizzard games too?

I found a few other websites that were having problems and this one was really slow. Everything is fine this morning so whatever it was it was something my ISP did.

Not unheard of while ISP's monitor your usage so that they apply traffic shaping QoS.
Although usually it doesn't cause any noticeable difference and the process is automatic. It will go wrong if a human reviewed it though and messed it up.
