basic question on garrisons

so i started to level my first alt since i reached 100 with my main and... for the life of me, i cant remember where to get the level 1 buildings plans.

You get all of them upon completing the questline in SMV with Velen and heading back to your garrison.

Mobs in SMV or FFR have a chance of dropping an item that starts a small quest chain related to one of your professions. The reward at the end of that chain is the blueprints for the building related to that profession, and a scroll increasing your max skill to 700 and giving you a number of basic recipes.

Once you upgrade your garrison to tier 2, you get blueprints for all the lvl 1 buildings, minus scrapyard.
