No, the fact that there are systemic issues surrounding racial bias in the judicial system means the system is racist. This is just symptomatic of that.

There's a lot of emphasis on the fact that the boy being shot was black, and the officer was white. Feel like that's racism in itself :/ Regardless if the kid did anything to deserve it. Wonder if it would've been such a big deal if the boy was any other skin color.
