Hello as a balance druid i would go with the trinket from last boss in grimrail depot for the pasive numbers and then i would add the trinket from first boss in Iron docks for passive int, and the haste use for the burst. this trinket can be shifted with the one with versatility from UBRS. this is ofcause personal preference.
