Since crit is worth more and I can't seem to get the Everbloom trinket no matter how hard I try. Which 2 of Fleshrender's Meathook, Coagulated Genesaur Blood and Sandman's Pouch should I use before stepping into Highmaul next week?
fleshrender will be better, imo, but if you haven't had it drop yet by highmaul opening you could purchase SP and not feel terrible about it.
I'm personally opting for Sandman's Pouch & Crushto's Runic Alarm/Coagulated Genesaur Blood.
