Warlocks not buffing Dark Intent?

Since I PA Dark Intent, there is never a time (should it go down) that it doesn't immediately go back up. It's impossible for me to not notice on my UI. As mentioned earlier, the mage and priest buff can conflict with the buff tray, but that doesn't mean that it isn't in play. I've reported this, left suggestions and just tried to bring attention to it, but nothings changed.

When this is not repeatedly communicated, players will still consider you negligent if the situation is not understood. Needless to say, it sucks!

It always happens in lfr/dungeons people don't buff, lust or use any raid CDs or utility type spells just a casual player thing where you rock up and click your 1-4
