Progression raiders generally don't "comfortably" show up for raid in the least amount of effort possible. Especially competitive DPS and healers.

I got a nice mix of gear including weapon. Definitely worth doing IMO

Did mop gold with 3 meele, the trick is not taking people who suck.

I've only done 6 and haven't got a single repeat piece of gear.
So yeah it's worth it.

Out of the six i've done, i received one upgrade, which was a cape that wasn't really an upgrade if i hadn't de'd the wrong cloak :x.
So I stopped doing it.
