[Balance] Glyph of Solstice - Not only cosmetic

I did some testing yesterday and I found that Glyph of Solstice is not only a cosmetic glyph.

* Sunfall apparently deals the same damage as Startfall, but it is more powerful during solar.

* Astral storm costs much more mana than hurricane and deals significant less damage.

I thought about this as well. Since Starfall is per se a lunar spell wich deals more damage when in the lunar eclipse, sunfall would have it's advantages in combination with the guides stars glyph. Because you can go with a Sunfire on all mobs into Sunfall, doing more damage than Starfall because of the Solar Eclipse...
