My WiFi Gaming Build/Needs slight trimming

The plan for my first build is to have a Desktop that can play wow on high/highest settings while being able to browse, and use it for streaming/movies music/video production and schoolwork. It is required that the desktop have stellar wifi or at least as good as my mac laptop, and an HDMI. Here is the parts list so far:

I would really like to be able to trim around 50-75 off of the price but I am having a hard time going any further because I cannot find any cheaper motherboards that I know are quality with built in wifi, and same goes for the graphics card and CPU. It is my understanding that the graphics/motherboard/cpu are all pretty high quality and performance, which I am happy about. Could anyone recommend how I could trim these with the lowest possible loss of performance? I have trimmed the storage as low as I can go I believe while still having a decent SSD. Also the case I chose seems cool and interesting but I wonder how difficult it might be to build in this box compared to say the corsair graphite?

    Thanks for any feedback!

Edit: N/m saw the built in wifi part.

    Couple things.

    1) That CPU Cooler will not fit. Most that aren't low profile/ITX designed won't.
    2) You have an OC CPU (4690K)with a Non-OC Board (H97). Pick one or the other to save money, or have the proper parts.

Why would you even bother with such tiny HDD, rather get 240GB SSD instead of two drives.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far!

    Get a ST1000DM003 hard drive.
Remove that unlocked CPU and the cooler, get i5-4460 with boxed fan instead.
Remove that DVD-RW drive, you don't need it.
    Rest seems fine.

Here is what I have updated so far. I still have a few small questions. First to explain the storage choice I want to start out with a SDD and feel that a new hard drive will be cheap and easy to upgrade when/if the time comes, Ive been using a 250gb HD with few problems for years now. Also I'm a student so I removed the OS I will get a better discount on campus.

    Nitrobg:
-Are you saying that the cpu you recommended has built in fans?
-Why would I not need a DVD drive if I plan on watching DVDs? I haven't phased over to downloads yet completely but I'm not sure if you said this because there was already one built in haha >.<

It seems like this build would still be a pretty nice high performance machine for the price range. What do you all think?

It comes with a cooler and you don't need to buy another one.
Don't get a hard drive if you want to save money right now. This one is extremely old, slow and LOUD. Get a 1, 2 or 3TB Seagate 7200.14 (STx000DM00x) whenever you have money, they are perfect for a secondary data drive.

Your motherboard is ITX, therefore it can fit in an ITX case. The one you picked in the first post is good enough, just make sure it has space for a regular sized PSU and a long graphics card.

If you really plan on watching DVDs (who watches DVDs nowadays?!) - keep it. Otherwise you can save some money by taking it off the cart.

Haha thanks for the help! I will definitely take your advice on the hard drive and just go with the SSD until I need more space and get a nice quiet TB hd. The SSD should be enough for world of warcraft and stock apps until im ready to start collecting movies and music.

Just want to say thanks again for all of the great feedback! Will be back tomorrow with the final build ready to order!
