[Boomkin] - Weapon enchant question

So I've been racking my brain regarding weapon enchants today. Whilst mastery is our prio secondary stat I get the feeling that having it as a weapon enchant is not going to be the best choice. My reasoning behind this is due to the fact our mastery only benefits us whilst in eclipse, mastery procs outside of eclipse are surely wasted? For this reason I'm leaning more towards a haste or crit enchant.

Any thoughts?

With the new system, we are always "in eclipse". Some spell will always gain at least 50% mastery benefit.

That doesn't mean mastery is necessarily the best enchant, but you shouldn't just dismiss it.
