[A] Beeroism seeks healers for 2x/week raiding fun!

Beeroism is an 18+ guild of experienced players who believe that high-level PvE can still exist within a friendly and social atmosphere. We are looking to add 2+ healers to our roster, as we continue to build our 20+ person roster in preparation for Mythic content. Our ultimate goal is to find great people who can bring their sense of humor and strong desire to play with purpose to our raiding adventures.

Current specific needs:
Holy Paladin, Resto Shaman, or Mistweaver Monk

We describe ourselves as being "casually serious," raiding 2x week (Tues & Thurs 930p-1230a eastern), with a stated goal of clearing all heroic modes and then delving into Mythic content when the team is ready. In prior tiers we have typically cleared all Normal modes pre-nerf (now known as Heroic) and then dived into Heroic content (now known as Mythic) for extra fun and challenge.

Our current team has 15+ raiders, with most of us having raiding together for years, so we're just looking the last few pieces of the puzzle!

We're big music fans and usually run a music phantom in Vent during guild runs (edm, rock, alternative). With most members in our 20s and 30s, and with several couples in the guild, we work hard to maintain a low-drama environment that promotes fun & humor, while still promoting respect for one another and our social diversities.

When it comes time to raid, we expect everyone to come prepared and focused in order to make the most of our limited 2x/week schedule. This means minimal/scheduled breaks/AFKs, gear repaired, stocked with consumables, and ready to tackle fights that have already been previewed and studied via our forums. There are no lengthy strat explanations pre-pull, focusing more on positioning & assignments and adjustments that need to be made along the way.

Non-raiding activities enjoyed by our members vary, but are always supported and encouraged by the guild, including Challenge Modes, old raid achievements and mog runs, pet battles, and PvP.
