Low level mission farming. Does it matter how many low levels we got?

So I hit the snag everyone who gets all 100s hit. A wall of getting no missions, well, hardly any.

So reading I see activating low level followers generates the missions, I plan on activating a 90 and a 96, but I was wondering.. If I activate say, two 90s, and two 95 followers, will I get double the low level missions, or will it be no different?

Doubt it. Woke up to 3 lvl 91 missions and 3 lvl 96 missions with just one of each of those in my active list. So it's not like "only 1" will pop because you only have 1 follower in that bracket.

One at lvl 96+ does it for me.
