    does anyone know if theyre only available on 1 clear like pandaria or can you get them on a normal clear then a heroic clear?

    2 per boss so far for me. There is no way you will get more from a second clear / difficulty.

    If you dont get any from missions or work orders, thats 125 boss kills. Even if you can get 2 from a boss, that makes it 63 (125/2 = 62.5) boss kills.

    Thats 9 weeks of full clears to finish that quest, at a minimum.

    Bosses can drop more than one, I got 2 off of The Butcher on Normal. There's also a chance to get a cluster, which gave a guildie of mine 6 if I remember correctly

    I got them from every single boss, either a single stone or a cluster which gave 5. Imperator gave me 6.

    They seemed very common for my raid and everyone is sitting around 30-40. Just small anecdotal evidence though.
    Cairne wanted to thank him again, to offer encouragement, praise for a task so successfully completed. For being able to bear such burdens. But Saurfang was an orc, not a blood elf, and lavish compliments and effusion would not be welcomed or wanted.

    I first got them off every boss we killed in normal. Then on HC the same bosses also dropped them again. So it's not like it was in MoP.

    they will increase the drop rate for sure or make so foundry drops more of them since its higher Ilvl and such, like a boss drops 2-5 somthing around that. maybe not in start but it will be like that eventually.

    killed 5 bosses on normal yesterday got 1 stone twice 2 stones once and a cluster of 5 stones twice

    Yeah clusters are random.
    I got a cluster off Normal Kargath.
    It's like blizz could predict the failure of our group and how we only managed to kill two bosses, and was nice to us.
    We stopped searching for monsters under our beds when we realized that they were inside us.

    I only got mine from our Heroic clear when I went and did normal not any. Doesn't really matter I have 36 atm. This quest will be done and nothing happens until foundry comes out for it anyway... who cares if you finish it way before then... long as it is complete before foundry you are good.

    no not totaly correct ive gotten 2 clusters on my hunter which contain 5 stones each so.... i also got 2 on my pala from normal brakenspore, tho that may be to make up for the fact that tectus bugged out when i killed him on my pala be4 the hotfix
