[Troubleshooting] New build constantly blue screens on windows installation

Made a new build and everything powers on. Got to the windows installation step but the computer would blue screen constantly, each time with a different error. I was able to install Windows 8 on the hard drive using a different machine, plugged it back in the new build and it would say Recovery or whatever the new windows 8 blue screen is.

I suspect the memory is bad but I'm not sure. Wanted to get a second opinion before I return the memory and buy a new stick.

Have you tried running a memtest?

Try reseating the memory, check power cables etc.

Have you tried to google the bluescreen error numbers? Those should point somewhere even if they're different.
