Looking for a generic....

Buff/cooldown timer. I need to stay away from class specific addons. This is for my Locke and Priest. I ruled out Fortexcorcist, Aff-Dots, Healium and Heal-Bot.

Could WeakAuras2 fulfill the role for my warlock, S-priest, and disc priest off-spec with a stock TukUI?
