How does saved for loot work? Help plz

So quick and dirty!

If you got a guild with 20 ppl and 10 of those down 4 bosses. And then you start a fresh raid with the entire guild.
How does that affect the loot when you start killing the bosses again?

Do you get less loot from the bosses that the 10 ppl are saved for and when you get to a boss they are not saved for do you get more again?

Not sure about less loot but if you do masterlooter you won't be able to give loot to people who were already locked for that boss. Blizzard removed loot breakpoints so there is no sweetspot for nr of people vs pcs of loot. Once you kill a boss noone was saved for everyone can get loot again and you may get a few more pces.

Also not sure about this but you may need an unsaved masterlooter in order for him to be able to see the loot and distribute it.
