Resources and Missions

Two questions.

Ive currently 5k resources so im ditching the Lumber Mill.
Is the daily resource pile plus the odd mission enough to sustain yourself for resources?

Also,
My missions currently suck, all crappy exp or gold. Do I need to complete these to get more? Or do they replace/add on their own?

If you have 1-3 scavengers at 100 with decent ilvl you don't need any building to sustain you. If you don't have a scavenger yet I'd get an inn asap.

ive got 2 or 3 at the moment, and will get one more from my Inn before I get rid of it.
