Does Sinister Calling procs on Internal Bleeding from Kidney Shot?

If so this talent would be useful as hell in PVP since it's damage is sick.
I cannot check it myself but I'm wondering if it'd be more useful than the 10% buff on Cheap Shot/Kidney Shot.
Any thoughts?

maybe it did at some point in the Beta but not right now, no.

internal bleeding is like combat readiness; good if you are doing solo/pub PvP but inferior to the cookie-cutter in more competitive environments where your team needs you to provide some utility.
