Help me help a friend. (Shadow dps)

So a friend is playing a shadow priest and his damage dropped down quite a bit and he can't figure out why. Since I have no idea of Priests I can't figure out why either.

Can some Shadow priest here take a look at the logs from a few wipes we did on Butcher HC and see what he is doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
