[*] Defile on cooldown (ignores rune cooldown) _{note, weakauras doesn't have the actual Defile icon}

There is a Defile icon at: spell_deathknight_defile you wont see it in the choose screen but it does work for me at least.

Confirmed, this works like a charm! Just manually enter the text instead of using the Choose list.
