Combat weapons question

I just completed a quest for a 645 weapon from my garrison and for some reason it rolled into a dagger, my question is can combat still use a dagger off hand or is it not worth it (btw this dagger has +34.5) on my current weapons which are two slow ones from heroics

Fast off hands should do ~3% less damage than a slow one. Upload your armory to Shadowcraft to see if it's worth it.

You'll want 2 slow ones for sure. I had Koragh boot knife 655 on offhand but shadowcraft said my 630 Heroic slow sword was better.

I got REALLY lucky with my MoP Heirlooms. Normal got me a Dagger, I was PISSED, it just sits in the bank. Heroic & Mythic were kind enough to RNG me up a brace of Axes, which I am still rocking at level 100… Both tmogged to Hanzo Sword, of course…

The best thing you can do is make a macro and swap a slow OH even with 15 less ilvl when u do kiling spree then switch back to the dagger,
