Haven't been able to try but for what it's worth, Zen Med didn't work for Malkorok either after 6.0.

Even if it would work, wouldnt kargath simply 1shot you as soon as zen med wears off?

i assume this is for mythic because there is no reason to not run him into a pillar on the other difficulties.
I dont know if it counts as a melee swing or not but since its not a single target swing, I think it should work.
