<Nameless> (7/7N 5/7H) on Burning Blade is recruiting all exceptional raiders for our Mythic team.

Must be ilvl 645+, Dps pulling more than 20k dps
Range DPS in HIGH priority
Melee DPS in MEDIUM priority
Any exceptional players will be considered.

We raid Tu-Thu 9PM-12:30AM EST (server), with invites starting at 8:30. We do not raid during the holidays.
Must have Mumble with a working mic.

We realize that people have real life priorities so attendance is flexible. However, we require you to be prepared, high performing, and dependable. So no flakiness; let me know if you're going to be late / miss the raid. During the raid, we require everyone to be doing their best.

If your dps/hps is low, we will help you work on it (as long as you are willing to be helped).
If your raid awareness is lacking, we will let you know.
If you fail to improve, you will be replaced.

That said, we are a bunch of fun people who love to laugh. Anything goes!

The raid leads have raided in US top 20 guilds and know what it takes for a guild to be successful. But we'd like to stay as casual as possible.

Will require trial period, so you don't have to transfer right away. Try us out! And we'll see how you fit!
