That would require a Rupture + Reflection macro, it is significantly easier to just macro Dance and Reflection together. Given the amount of stuff going on in the first few seconds, I am not sure if complicating it further is worthwhile, at least at the beginning.

It really wouldn't require a macro, it's not difficult pressing two buttons within a short space of time, honestly. You're saving a global of shadow dance essentially, I'd say it's pretty important, especially during heroism openers where you will have the energy to make use of it.

You can still use a ShD + ShR macro, you'd just require a separate keybinding for ShR by itself.
