So steam pulled hatred off of the greenlight today hours after going up and getting 13,000+ votes( here is a link to there website showing the greenlight stats http://bit.ly/1vLTrl0 ) for it, while the game has been under the games media spotlight recently because lets face it the game is just about mass murdering people. I don't get why steam pulled it while they have the controversial postal game on steam which is just an older game of the same concept sure hatred has some really bad media attention but shouldn't it be our choice if we buy the game not the company's from removing a way of getting it?
Also in NZ and Australia recently some big company's that usual had great games deals have pulled R18( The warehouse NZ) titles from there shelves or GTA V (target/kmart Aus).
It seems there is a bit more censorship of what games people can and can't buy starting to go around and I am interested in hearing what people think about this should company's be able to pull games because of bad media publicity or should the choice still be ours as the consumer? While I know this is only a new thing to happen will ti happen more will 2015 be the year we see games come under even harsher censorship because of religious and feminism groups among many others?
