Copeland and Shards of Nothing

My spec is Destro/Demo, and my current trinkets are Copeland and the 660 pvp one. And tonight I coined a MWF SoN. I only know it's BiS trinket for Affliction, so I want to know if it is better than the pvp trinket for destro and demo, and how to use it with Copeland, since I can't use them at the same time.

I use shard of nothing first to get up ember in the start of the fight with 1 dark soul, then use Copeland and dark soul for 4 chaos bolts.
