    I really don't understand the obsession with the woman herself but this is...just completely strange as far as I'm concerned. Surely this has to be some sort of mental health related problem and if so, should someone have intervened to prevent him from going ahead with life changing surgery that is no doubt going to have him ridiculed by many of those he meets?
