Weapons for Sub

Hey guys. I heard that its not needed to use a dagger in OH as sub.

I currently have a 670 axe with Mastery/multistrike and 2.6 attack speed or a 640 dagger with haste/mastery and 1.8 attack speed. What do i use?

The axe is definetely better. you can use shadowcraft and swap the OH!
You should see the exact dps changes if you load your character!

So I have 2x 640 ilvl dagger of enfeeblement from LFR, and 1 dagger from heroics (haste/mastery + socket). For sub, is OH weapon damage big enough to make the 640 dagger better than the 630? Both are haste/mastery and the lfr dagger has +9 mastery on the blue dagger, but the blue dagger has a gem slot, that I've put a +35 mastery gem in.

So +/- 3 difference on haste, but the blue dagger has +26 mastery on the epic, but loses by 22.8 dps/56 max damage.
