    IPS 24'' monitor

I'm upgrading my monitor and I'm not familiar with the current monitor market so I'm asking for advice.
    The requirements are:
-IPS or variations (no TN), response time doesn't matter, I'm not going to game much on it.
    -LED
    -23'' or 24''
    -16:9 or 16:10
    -glossy (edit: or matte)
    -no PWM (flicker)
Price limit is $200/€160, I'm not from the US so discounts from US websites don't apply to me.
I was looking at LG 24MP55HQ or Acer G246HYLBMJJ, but the first one doesn't seem well constructed (bad stand, wobbles a lot) and the second one I have absolutely no information of (if it has PWM or not).
Also a possible choice would be ACER V236HLbd, also no information about this one.

Only one I can think of is Dell S2440L.

Mixed review about PWM, and it's an AMVA one.

    Maybe S2415H

All Dell's S series are glossy.
Recently they've been doing a lot of no PWM, but I can't guarantee anything.

These Dells are PWM I think.
Is the Acer G7 series PWM free ? They seem to claim so. I'm talking about G237HLABI and similar.

    Oh, S2415H doesn't use PWM
    https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/dell-s2415h/
    PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)

The S2415H does not use PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to moderate backlight brightness to any brightness level and instead uses DC (Direct Current) modulation. This is another way of saying that the monitor uses a ‘flicker-free’ backlight, which will please users sensitive to flickering or who want to reduce eye fatigue when using a monitor.
It is an easy test to do yourself.

S2415H sounds good but it's more expensive here, goes about $250.
The LG 24MP55HQ turns out to be matte, it really looks like I have no choices with this...

Yeah. Glossy monitors aren't really popular. Great for image quality / clarity, but people can find it annoying with the refleciton.

Ok, if I decide to go with matte then, what is the best option in that price range ?
Dell P2414H is $230 here so it's slightly above the budget, I'd prefer not to go over it. There is a cheaper IPS model (S2340L) but it has PWM.

At that price range P2414H is a good choice.
PWM free monitors are a bit scarce in comparison. You could look at some BenQ monitors but I don't know a lot of em or remember a lot of the specs and review off the top of my head.
