If you can't play well enough to be competitive without rerolling to the FoTM overpowered class, maybe you should take up something easier like chess?

...but, seriously, if you look at the rankings for today on warcraftlogs.com you will get a reasonable idea where the classes sit. Then you can pretend like having an extra 2k theoretical DPS will make up for how much you suck at playing the class you just picked up.

    TLDR: Mage, Warlock

Hard to say, considering what is strong now, may change in the future via hotfixes, patches, etc.

Mages and Locks will always remain viable, even if they get touched a bit.
Hunters, Warriors and Rogues might drop down some, Blizzard tends to be a little more cautious with buffing classes that have infinite resources (aka not mana).
Hybrids could be (re)balanced all over the map, hard to judge.
If you HAD to reroll a new class right now for Blackrock i'd say go with a Lock, always very stable through every expansion and somewhat rare for most raidgroups/guilds.

Depends if u are a retard or not, but fire mage will destroy some fights however they are about to get nerfed within the first week, so lock might be a safer bet. Or monk if u like melee.

Lock imo, if they get buffed they're going to be even better.

Fire mage is going to be strong as fk after they get their set bonuses

  11. #11
elemental shaman, if they can just become immune to damage and then can ignore raid mechanics and stand still and dps, they will rekt shit up!

Apart from Arcane, mana-using DPS specs all have infinite mana. Unless they're spamming certain AoE or heal spells. Energy is more finite than mana is.

If rogue's dropped down any more the class wouldn't exist lol.

Mana is basically an infinite resource for pretty much everyone but healers now.

This exactly, for the majority of mana using dps classes, mana is used as a means to constrict utility or aoe.

Fire mages will be pretty strong,in BRF we'll get more crit gear and tier pieces, however every time fire becomes viable it is promptly nerfed especially if it's in the first raid tier, arcane will get nerfed as well depends how it scales in BRF.

Rogues will be OP. With the current state of rogues we will absolutely obliterate all the other healers dmg

As always mages, each raid tier they are miles ahead everyone else. Not sure if blizzard is serious

I can imagine fury becoming really strong with Foundry loot.
