    Need gaming build

Hey guys. i'm looking for a gaming PC build for my brother and need someone to put one together for me. His budget is $800-1200 and he primarily just wants to play games on it. He wants it to be able to hit most newer games on around a high to ultra setting. Doesn't need Windows and prefers non-fancy cases. No lights if possible. He really just wants a basic gaming build.

PSU deal end 1/1 and it's a good one so get it before it's sold out

Would it be possible to swap the graphics card for a gtx970 or would it cause issues with the current build?

You can with a 970 if you like. It's overkill for 1080p but you can for sure. This one is pretty good:

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0

Alright, but i don't think he needs superclocked, i don't know everything but from what he told me, he does not plan on overclocking the PC or doing anything like that at all with it. Will that Superclocked GPU still be okay or should i go for the same GPU just not superclocked?

There is like little to no difference in price and some of those that are like $10 cheaper are often out of stock. It's just factory overclocked.
