    No, it depends. Taking a life comes readily to certain police officers.

    In third-world type places like Missouri, white police officers, with racial bias at best and outright racism and hatred at worst, kill black men or even children without a second thought. They KNOW they can kill anyone unwarranted and claim self defense.

    In civilized places like Western Europe or San Francisco, only in a REAL, WARRANTED self defense situation police may kill someone.
