US-Darkspear 7/7 heroic, raids T, W, Th 10pm-12:30 Recruiting for Mythic

Nompton is a progression raiding guild located on Darkspear with a limited raiding schedule. We are currently recruiting to increase our roster for mythic progression. We are a relaxed mature guild, and expect players looking to raid with us to exhibit the same attributes. Most of our core players are highly experienced top end players, who for the most part do not have time to raid as required by most top end progression guilds. We still however expect a high level of performance including knowing all boss mechanics and general strategy prior to seeing a boss, having top end enchants and gems, knowing every aspect of your character and how to use your abilities in a pve setting, knowing basic addon usage that helps with progressing in a group environment, and knowing how to properly research your character.
Our raid times are 10:00-12:30 evening central time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. We also will do things on most off-nights if people agree to get on or there is enough to run some level of content. We work as a group towards killing bosses, and people need to leave their egos at the door. This includes being able to take constructive criticism without being defensive. Since we work as a team and are not an overly large group, we rely on bis/upgrade/council system for loot where we just make sure it goes as needed to benefit the guilds progression. Our priority is killing bosses and not so much the shiny rewards.
All applicants will be considered, however we have an expectation of knowing the Highmaul encounters, and prefer a minimum of 660 item level. We also have a high need for a resto shaman and ranged caster dps, however we are always interested in exceptional applicants of any class/role.

Our current progression is 7/7 normal and heroic, 1/7 Mythic. Our core progression group still has room for additions. We expect our progression curve to continue increasing rapidly as many of our members are returning from a multiple year break from the game, and we recently reformed and began recruiting for WoD. We will be putting heavy emphasis on gearing up as many people as possible before foundry. Our current clears of heroic as of 1/6/2015 took 2 hours with 22 people.
