77.5 kg, 176cm tall. This is around my target weight, and after losing 16kg last year.
If you think your weight is too high, go low carb and exercise (but the low carb is the most important part; < 100 g/day of digestible carbs.) Cut out sugar and anything made with flour, potatoes, rice, or other grains or starchy root vegetables. Low carb diets (even low carb, high fat diets) are demonstrated to be the best way to lose weight and keep it off, without losing muscle mass.
