General Hammond.

I am pleased to announce that the Senate Appropriations Committee has deemed it prudent to approve the funding of the Stargate Program. There is hardly any doubt to the strategic advantages of allowing the United States access to the seemingly vast natural resources beyond the Stargate network, and we are sharing the worries of the intelligence division that the threats out there needs to be further analyzed. To meet this new situation, we need information, technology and allies. The Stargate Program is the best approach to make this happen.

You need to build a team of scientists, engineers, doctors and military experts. You need to go out there amongst the stars and gather intelligence. You need to accumulate technology that we can adapt, and gather allies we can get support from. And most importantly, you need to ensure that Earth is equipped to handle the System Lords threat.

The program requires a team of 25-30 people from the designated "MMO Champion recruitment pool". Following this correspondence, you should have access to some of our most talented staff all eager to sign up. Per the Military Personnel Security Act, the personnel signing up shall be identified by their "MMO Champion handles" rather than their real characters.

Make sure that the staff signing up are aware of the following mission parameters.

- This mission will be a normal mafia game. For history of previous mafia games, refer to http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...cussion-thread .
- This mission will not include cults or other bastard elements. The Ori are a myth.
- This mission will use the standard military majority lynching protocol when encountering hostile alien activity.
- A standard off world assignment will typically last for 48 hours, followed by 24 hours of rest and recuperation.
- New players are always welcome!
- This is a top secret military program. Revelation of classified information is punishable by a military court.
- There will be casualties.

MGM are a bunch of douche bastards and have not renewed Netflix's license for the series. I petitioned Netflix MONTHS ago to try to get the series back on (I'm one of probably thousands of people who have) but it's still not available. I'm sort of pissed at Netflix too about this, but I get the impression MGM is holding Netflix by the balls and demanding top dollar.
