Need some help with whatever this error is.

Often whenever I use Tradeskill Master, my screen shows up like this: http://imgur.com/F8jh5oG It causes me to reload constantly. Is this normal?

But in addition to this, my interface is constantly stops working until I reload the UI. It often looks like this: http://imgur.com/SGUlLD2
With this issue, my map goes blank with nothing on it, no ! quest givers, no treasure marks, no X battles going on or marks for flight paths. Just a naked map.

I've tried turning off every mod one at a time but it's so random when it happens, it's hard to predict when it's going to occur. For a long time I thought it was Elv UI Addon Skinner that was doing it but after turning it off yesterday, it still had this issue. Anyone experience this too? I've re-uploaded all mods, cleared my cache folder, deleted any mod I could do without that was out of date. Still can't figure this out. I've tried turning on Show LUA Errors and nothing pops up.
