Lua function help WeakAuras, Multi-target Rupture

I have this WeakAura to track Rupture on multiple targets. I'm looking for some help with the text coding. Rather than like [Rupture 8 %p] I would like each bar to work dynamically based on the target and look more like [Rupture "name of target" 8 %p]. I would like it to have a custom Lua function that will indicate the Name of the Target on which the particular Rupture debuff is on.

Writing a Lua function like this is far above my paygrade. Can anyone help?
