Where do I start...
In Estonia public school are free of monthly/yearly fees to attend, but you won't get paid to go to school, all the needed items from computer to clothes your parents or you will have to pay for your own money. No one really seems to care that your parents earn the possible minimum wage of 500 euro per month (incl taxes), you still have to send your kids to school
If you attend a private school your parents will pay attending fee + the money needed for school books and stuff.
If you got University here you have to be almost grade A student to be able to get onto a "free government" paid slot. If your sub-bar and still want to attend Uni you will have to pay for it. If you want sponsorship for going to school you cannot work and your parents income has to be smaller then a fixed number. If you want "travel support" you have to live faaaaar outside the given university down.
And ofc if you are an excellent student people might offer you a scholarship.
