Hello fellow Shamans, Since nobody really got any BiS list out there, I wanted to start one.

I know there will always be people who disagree and agree, which is why i'm doing this. The main goal idea is for me to put down some BiS-list and if you think some of it is bullcrap then please say why , elaborate. And If i'm wrong at some point well, guess what? the BiS-List gets improved and we finally can make one - Get one.

There are no cloaks in the next raid. maybe trash loot? who knows

Keep in mind after the hotfix it's haste > crit

I have decided to keep raid legs rather than Tier legs. as the leg piece from BRF is amazing. If tier legs happends to be as awesome as the raid legs, it would be a smart move to use tier legs, and then use raid helm. I'll keep this in mind and fast swap once we can see the tier pieces

Twin neck and Tectus ring will still be BiS in BRF. Cloak drops from Gruul, there's even a trash loot cloak with Multistrike in Highmaul, which is better than Kargaths cloak.
