    He's baaaack!

Will you vote for Romney? Do you think he can beat whoever the democrats will have? Is he off the reservation?

I think Romney's better than most of the rest of the field of Republican contenders. Doesn't mean I want to vote for him.
'Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head

Not a chance, all they have to do is start playing his video on live TV for advertisement where he insults half the nation to a bunch of rich people and his name will be toxic from day one.

The man is one of the last thing this nation needs and he is very 2-faced.

That's kinda the problem. There's no good candidates on the repub side. Which is a damn shame. it means the dems only have to put out a halfway decent candidate /

The great trap the GOP falls into... spending lots of money trying to convince people to think really hard before going ahead and voting for the Democrat anyway, while for everyone that thought real hard, a willing and able vote, maybe two, said "screw it" and stayed home.

Im not sure anyone can win a contested GOP primary and a general election.

No, I wouldn't vote for someone who straps his dog to the roof of the car for a road trip and thinks most Americans are lazy welfare moochers. Nor do I think it's his interest to run in the first place...how many presidents have won the presidency after running in more than one presidential campaign?

Admittedly I wouldn't vote for a Republican candidate in the first place but I'm sure they can find someone who is a better candidate than Romney.

Definitely better than most. Still wouldn't vote for him, out of all the likely candidates, Jim Webb already has my heart

I am honestly wondering, when will they ever have a candidate that is worth voting for that the public won't ignore because the media calls them unelectable.

As it stands now, the ones we need aren't seen while the ones we see are among the last ones we need.

Ugh. Both parties need better candidates, because I don't want either Hillary or Romney for the next president, and it's looking like that's what it's going to be.

That is solely the fault of the American public. The knowledge is out there, refusing to pursue it is purely due to their personal failings.

To many, yes, that is the case, to some, they are honestly too busy just trying to survive to even look. And even then, that doesn't change much in many elections with how things are.

Just look at the House elections, I live in NC and with how it is setup, the Democrats would need something like 80% of the voter base to get 50% of the seats. As it stands, we had a 50/50 split last election for the seats to be split 10/3 due to Gerrymandering.

And when it comes to presidential elections, the current voters still primarily get their information from mainstream media, that is changing finally as the newer generations come up, but as it stands, they are still in the minority.
