    Rogue often seems a good target. Usually play as either my Mage or Hunter with Arms Warrior Partner. Experience of Ele Shamans are that they pop spiritwalkers and run around a pillar healing themselves constantly.
    Dristereau - Axxolentus - Infernus - Sequentia - Nulo - Desterrar

    Silvermoon
    - Shadowsong/Aszune - Tarren-Mill/Dentarg (SL Mage Tower: 29/36
    )

    Depends on what the rogue is playing with. It's usually not a great train target because he can bail at anytime with burst of skill and/or vanish. In WoD several classes and specs have lost their bleeds (MM hunter, fury warrior etc) and that indirectly buffed rogues, you really can't stop a rogue who wants to bail unless you're a feral druid or an arms warrior.
    If the rogue is playing with some tanky thing like dk, then yes train the rogue, even if bails you can kill the rogue faster than chewing through that fucking blood presence and conversion.

    Train the BLUE has been around for years. The rules are simple...

    1) If you're Restoration you will be trained for the rest of your life.
    2) If you're Enhancement or Elemental you will be trained unless you have a Mage or Priest on your team.

    Shadow priest. He drops fast.
    Feral druid. You can't let that bastard attack freely, plus he's squishy when stunned and focused down.
    WW monk. Lol, those guys drop faster than mages.

    Targets you should avoid training.
    Warlock. He may not have ways to run but he can take punch.
    Dk. Just don't. Their survivability is insane even when not specced blood.

    Everything else depends a lot on the comp they got.
    Warlock's incorrect, he can take more damage than a blood DK while still kiting the rogues.
