Unholy - 2-target Cleave rotation/ability priority

Hello there

With the hotfixes as of 12/01 and 13/01, what should our rotation be when there's 2 targets to DPS? Should we stick to our Single Target rotation or should we prioritize using Blood Boil?

On the topic: I'd wait for people to sim it - some people are saying NP + PB/UB work well using the ST rotation, and that NP may be one of our better AoE choices now, but nothing concrete yet.

When using PL + Defile, use single target rotation and spread diseases with BB when they're not on the 2nd target.
