My loading times are basically the same as the HDD in this video.

After watching that, my question is this: if I put WoW on a 64GB USB 2.0 stick, will I get a nice bump in loading times?

My comp doesn't have USB 3.0 and I don't know if there is some way to install a USB 3.0 port in it. It has an SD card slot but not express card slot. Dunno if an SD card would give me a boost in performance.
