Hm. This is a hard one. I don't really have hated characters but I guess I can go with disliked.
Wait, realized you said 2014, give me another minute or half an hour. lol
Best
Male- Ludger Kresnik (Tales of Xillia 2)
Female- Chie Satonaka (Persona Q) Hurray for loopholes
Worse
Male- I got nothing for either so far. didn't play many 2014 games I can think of...
