Can't figure out what this is on my screen for the life of me, think its elvui stuff?

In this image it's the clump of bars are the bottom left next to my player frame with the yellow arrow pointing at them. I want to get rid of these but can't for figure out how. I've checked everything in elvui but cant figure out how to turn them off, or at the very least move them. I can't post links so please use this without the spaces.

Hello Rapalabrowns,
This is an easy fix.
1.) You want to bring up the Elv UI control panel by typing /elvui
2.) Next, locate the "Unit Frames" drop down.
3.) In the unit frame drop down list you should see/click "Player Frame".
4.) Within the player frame you should see a bunch of tools to change all different aspects of the player frame. What we're looking for is a drop down menu that has "Health, Power, Name, Portrait,... Aura Bars" Click on "Aura Bars"
5.) Once you clicked on aura bars simply disable them by unchecking "enable".
